Apicta 2009 Awards , an annual international award programs for Asia Pasific ICT Communities that was held in Melbourne, Australia for three days ago has been wrapped up and come out with the Apicta 2009 Award winners , which is once again dominated by Malaysia with four awards , and Australia come in second with three awards .
